Zero Setup
No setup needed After a long thinking, worrying if you can afford our outrageous fee of $9.99 a month per user (and completely missing our incredible Free Plan), you decide to sign up.
What happens then?
  1. We greet you with a dashboard, offering to create some typical categories so you don't have to.
  2. You'll need to create at least one user.
  3. And that's it. You can work now!
 

Emails Become Requests
Emails become requests When someone sends you an email to support@yourdomain.com, you can be assured that you'll have hard time tracking what you need to do, as well as reference old issues from the same customer.

Here's the alternative: make your support email automatically forwarded to yourdomain@scaledesk.com and we will do the following for you:

  1. First, we'll check that the sender already exists as a client user (if you specified email addresses for your client users). If it doesn't, we'll create a client if needed and create a new client user.
  2. Then we'll check if the email is a reply to existing support request. If it is, we'll update the request and notify you. If it isn't, a new request is created.
  3. If there are any attachments in the email, they will be added to the request automatically - and there is no size limit. You'll simply pay for the storage you actually use, and it's dirty cheap.
 

Multi-part Requests
Subparts When request requires several tasks to be done - which possibly need to be handled by several people - instead of bouncing request among users, you can easily create sub-requests and assign each one to the person in charge right away.
Your main request will now have a nice progress bar, so you'll know immediately the progress pace.
In case you wondered - sub-request can have further sub-requests, too.

Customization to the max
Customization You can upload your logo just to get started.
And if you are technically inclined or have someone to do it for you - we give you full control over CSS. You can change EVERYTHING.

Now, there is a catch (two catches, to be exact):

  1. Custom CSS is available to our Pro users only.
  2. Because CSS can be used to try to compromise the site, you'll need to enter your credit card details before this feature is unlocked, so - no anonymous CSS hacking.
